Position Description:

  • The Marketing Operations Coordinator facilitates the workflow processes and systems that supports the marketing department.
  • The Marketing Operations Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Supports the Vendor Management System through ongoing data entry, reporting, and auditing.
  • Supports Project Concierge through ongoing data entry, reporting, and auditing.
  • Supports the digital asset management system through data entry as business needs dictate.
  • Supports end-users with troubleshooting and ongoing training as needed.
  • Partners with third-party development team to resolve any work-stopping issues.
  • Supports the Marketing Replenishment Program through ongoing analysis and reporting of daily workload and inventory management.
  • Works with the Marketing Manager to document database and role-specific processes for marketing operations technology tools.

  • A thorough critical thinker with the ability to study information from different sources and draw conclusions
  • An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members
  • Able to conceptualize and formalize business and technical requirements
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time productivity with resiliency and enthusiasm

Qualification :

  • 1-2 years in project coordination capacity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong, proactive problem–solving/trouble-shooting capability
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to clearly, professionally and effectively facilitate conversations with all levels of an organization
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; evening and weekend work may sometimes be required, but will be limited
