Job Description:
  • Client advertising business is going through an exciting transformation as we work to reimagine retail media built on deep customer relationships and client-centricity.
Project Description:
  • The enablement team on the ad business is working on operationalizing key media products into the team’s campaign process.
  • We are looking for this role to directly support the Enablement Sr. Manager to support with run the business needs and product operationalizing Salesforce execution.

Role Overview
  • As the Media Network Salesforce Operations Manager (Business Analyst 3), you will be responsible for setting the structure and implementing the practice of a core business tool, Salesforce.  
  • Your goal will be to oversee and sustain business practices that support the working teams (Sales, Account Management, Business Operations), and continually evolve how the team utilizes Salesforce as we transform and grow. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of: 
  • Leading ongoing adoption & improvements of Salesforce
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • History of successfully driving technology projects from planning to completion 
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to know each stakeholder involved in a project
Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic business partner with an operational lens on the current and future business state of Salesforce.  
  • Develop Salesforce best practices that enable a cross-functional team to succeed at growing the business while maintaining operational excellence. 
  • Lead ongoing adoption and improvements with CRM tool (Salesforce).
  • Identify efficiencies and prioritize Salesforce development work with our administration team. 
  • Establish one’s self as the Subject Matter Expert for how the tool works and implications to enhancements and improvements. 
  • Intake desired enhancements from partners and synthesize, assess, and lead the implementation of changes to the tool and how it supports the business. 
  • Develop and drive the work for Salesforce to be an optimized and efficient business management tool for all Media Network teams and stakeholders. 
  • Provide consistent communication to the business team on the state of the tool and its impact to the business.
  • Partner closely with internal Digital and Technology teams and be a voice of the business in weekly agile ceremony meetings. 
  • Establish Salesforce training approaches and onboard new team members on Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards administration and other routine tasks. 
  • Work with Media Network business team to define project objectives, scope, timeline and level of effort.
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
  • 2-4 years’ experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud 
  • 2+ years’ Project management experience 
  • Working knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile approaches to Project Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Project Management Institution (PMI) certifications are highly preferred
