Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead 2 to 3 scrum teams

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The request is part of High Needs, Health organizations. Looking into 2022 business roadmap, we need Scrum Master to lead teams

Ideal Background:

  • We are looking for an experienced resource with Scrum Master role.
  • Ideally the person should have managed multiple Scrum teams from last 2 to 3 years and experience with dealing with complex environment.
  • HealthCare experience is good, but not a show stopper

Experience:

  • As mentioned above, we need someone with Scaled Agile Knowledge

Top Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of Scrum Master experience
  • Servant Leader
  • Scale Agile/LeSS Agile experience

Team and Team size:

  • 1 Scrum Master leading 2 to 3 scrum teams (each will have 6 to 8 team resources)

Top Responsibilities:

  • Hold responsibility for the process and health of the scrum team (about 8-9 members per work stream)
  • Facilitate the agile process and coach scrum team to meet objectives
  • Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions while removing any barriers
  • Ensure scrum team follows all normal scrum cadences
  • Ensure teams are audit compliant

Technical Experience:

  • PMP or ACP Cert preferred
  • Scrum Cert preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project
  • Knowledge of SDLC
  • Rally
  • Presentation Skills

Interview Process:

  • a. How many rounds? 2 to 3 rounds
  • b. Video vs. phone? Video
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? Not much
  • d. When do you anticipate starting the interview process? ASAP
