Description:
  • Digital Marketing Manager
  • We’re looking for an experienced and versatile digital marketing manager.
  • The digital marketing manager will be responsible for the management and implementation of our digital marketing campaigns, through our authenticated channels, focused on consumer, business, and co-brand credit card acquisition.
  • The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns while managing day-to-day marketing activities, thriving with tight deadlines, and changing needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Launch monthly/quarterly digital campaigns in support of current offers and new product launches
  • Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and recommend solutions/testing strategies
  • Analyze campaign conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives acquisition
  • Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with management
  • Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes as needed
  • Assist with marketing strategies to drive channel results
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Marketing experience within the Financial Services industry experience highly preferred but not required
