JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Works directly with Photo Production Team, works on retouching documentation, coordination of retouching projects with retouching vendors, coordinate projects to external vendors and ensure delivery of required assets.
  • For Photoshoots, helps with shot lists, sample management, and light associate production tasks. Metadata /data entry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help with document creation for turn in of retouching jobs (Retouching Overviews/Briefs, collecting all supplemental assets and materials, coordination of samples, management of GE/DAM/Marcom for day-to-day and change work)
  • Coordinate with other Creative Production Coordinators so we are optimizing and never executing duplicative work
  • Gathering imagery for internal brand partners as needed
  • Global Edit Metadata Entry
  • Stills & On-Fig Shot List Creation
  • Lightboxes & Contact Sheets – Editorial, Collection, PDP & Beauty
  • Helps with sample pulling and sample coordination as needed across all projects, jobs and photoshoots
  • Utilize Tracking Charts to and creates decks indicating sample statuses
  • Catalogue existing samples and archive past products/floorsets
  • Protect company assets by adhering to guidelines and embracing the Brand policies and procedures
  • DC orders for missing TOPs, prop racks, fittings
  • Creating call sheets
  • Data entry for weekly invoicing / budget tracking
  • Performs other tasks and expands reach in support of stretch assignments when needed
