Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Asset Management (i.e., Adobe Assets, CELUM): Collect, document and facilitate consistent management and maintenance to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the content custodian to key stakeholders to drive the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and cataloging of approved assets to ensure effectiveness in downstream applications.
  • Partner with Marcomm to complete metadata and prep asset folders to expedite and meet project deadlines.
  • Digital Asset Routing and Approval management (i.e., Adobe Assets): Lead and manage review processes to support key programs and division needs.
  • Act as a liaison to division and Marketing & Sales Center stakeholders to ensure projects are complete and meet compliance standards and business requirements.
  • Lead training for new Digital Asset Management and Digital Asset Routing and Approval users, identify process improvements, and report on process performance.
  • Work cross-functionally within the Global Marketing & Sales Center, cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to consistently monitor and improve the content review/approval and digital asset management systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary contact for digital content system and status questions, and guide Area asset development.
  • Create, administer, and maintain standards and guidelines, training materials, policies, procedures and other supporting documents for internal and external stakeholder developing and approving assets.
  • Create and administer internal communication tools like Intranet site content, Yammer content and emails, as needed.
