RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will provide metrics and reporting that helps drive value across HR functions and key business projects.
Developing and enhancing reports, metrics and dashboards of varying complexity, layouts and analytics across all features within Workday.
Responsible for collaborating with HR Product Owners, the technology team, and members of other teams across HR to ensure that the reports available in Workday meet the needs of the organization.
Workday report writing and functional understanding of the data architecture within Workday.
Position will engage and gather stakeholder feedback to enhance reporting and metrics, represents HR business line in enterprise initiatives, participates in technical design, process workflow and communication discussions.
You will also provide both technical and functional support for others in writing reports, thinking of the result for our customers, and provide best practice channel deliver solutions or enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:
Completed 4 year degree
HR system and report experience 
2-3 years of experience Report Development.
Solid knowledge of databases.
