You will have the opportunity to work on visible and impacting initiatives across multiple business functions while utilizing next generation IT PMO methodologies and tooling. Supporting regulated market growth as we expand our US Government business and enter new countries around the world.

 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Drive small to medium IT Business Applications programs/projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Develop detailed program/project execution plan and manage implementation processes including, progress tracking, metrics, scope, testing, release to production and on-time delivery.
  • Provide transparent communication and interfaces with all areas impacted by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and technical teams
  • Deliver crisp and complete status reporting
  • Provide overall communication and interfaces with all teams participating in program delivery, including business and other IT functional areas
  • Contribute to consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, enabling business outcomes and benefits tracking

Skills: To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • MUST HAVE: 6+ years of project / program management experience
  • MUST HAVE: at least 4 years dedicated to managing enterprise level software application development projects for one or more of the following functions: Compliance, Finance, Sales, Risk Management, Professional Services
  • Experience leading projects for the US government, EU or other international markets
  • Experience in compliance, data governance, cloud access controls or sox regulations
  • Experience with projects in the financial sector related to compliance also a plus
  • Experience managing projects in the Cloud
  • Scaled agile experience a plus
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Exceptional organization and follow-up skills
  • Adept at problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles. Has a track record of overcoming project crisis
  • Ability to be straightforward, articulate well, and have exceptional listening skills. Builds trust
