Description:

  • The IAM Security Administrator will be part of the Identity, Lifecycle and Governance team within the the Identity & Access Mgmt team.
  • The candidate will be responsible for all user access administration, including account setup/deletions, user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup current systems, processes and procedures.
  • May configure system settings and options.
  • Work across teams to address business or systems issues as related to access and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provisioning access to applications Resolving incidents and support requests Incorporating process changes and updates to documentation
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalation if necessary Participate in user acceptance testing for new IAM capabilities
  • Respond to requests from audit with direction from management

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have practical knowledge of security administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow preferred.
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
