Our client in St. Paul/Minneapolis is looking for a Cloud Engineer - O365 to join their team! 

This position will be responsible for maintaining their O365 and other Cloud Based Network technologies. Responsibilities include maintaining their network and applications to effectively monitor, support, maintain, and run their day-to-day production/manufacturing business.

Major Areas of Accountability
  • Maintain O365 Infrastructure, work with MS support team to resolve issues 
  • Support/Maintain O365 Enterprise Suite; Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
  • Support/Maintain Azure Active Directory, including all Federation Services
  • Support/Maintain Microsoft Power Platform and Integration with other tools and platforms
  • Provide expert consulting, design and engineering support to customers
  • Interface directly with end users, project teams and external parties to provide support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Support/Maintain Salesforce Backup tools
  • Support on-premise Epicor ERP system and Infrastructure
  • VMWare Tools and Systems - assist with local hardware and software deployment
  • Assist Team with onsite support, including local network infrastructure and datacenter
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 Enterprise Software, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Active Directory, and End Point Protection Services
  • Basic knowledge with SSL certificate provisioning and management
  • Basic DNS and Networking knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Great written and oral communication skills
