Primary Function:
  •  Answer user inquiries regarding application installation and usage related to both 3rd party applications and internally developed applications
  •  Assist users to install software or perform Windows OS troubleshooting remotely
  •  Enter commands to initiate or refresh system configurations
  •  Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
  •  Open Incident requests to replace end-user devices, as applicable
  •  Read technical manuals, confer with users, provide general technical assistance and support.
Secondary Function:
  •  Performing quality assurance checks on audit data
  •  Validating that store information has been entered properly
  •  Following-up with specialists to resolve general issues
  •  Ensuring that assignments/visits are completed during the correct time frames
  •  Using Salesforce to troubleshoot issues regarding general audit information entered on reports
  •  Ensuring that results are delivered to the customer within expected timeframes after working to resolve issues
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic to moderate Windows 10 operating system configuration issues
  • Basic Knowledge of SCCM Software Center, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Salesforce platforms a plus
