Position Summary:
  • Acts as coordinator for product marketing and communication programs or initiatives including updating and maintaining content on internal and external communication vehicles, developing status reports to track usage, results and issues.
  • Manages the communication plan for specific product marketing programs including creation of ongoing communication plans and seeing them through implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day content/document updates and submissions on internal portals, Advisor Compass, Inside, and other publications.
  • Managing the communication plans for marketing programs including creation of ongoing communication plans and seeing them through implementation.
  • Manage marketing materials and collateral including inventory management, content updates and approvals.
  • Track program participation and results. Reports and tracks budget
  • Marketing, communications and training strategy for Advisory Solutions in Wealth Management Solutions, with potential support for Retirement Plans.
Description: 
  • This role is responsible for the promotion and maintenance of Manager Directed Solutions (Active Portfolios, Select ETF Portfolios, Select Strategist UMA Portfolios, Select Separate Account, Vista Separate Account, Investor Unified Account).
  • During this time the contractor will manage
  • Manager Directed projects including a new consumer-oriented campaign to generate additional sales of Active Growth Builder Portfolios.
  • Writing assessment is required in the interview process.
