Project Description:
  • This product manager will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery on the OKR’s for an evolving self-service platform that supports the Client Advertising business.
  • This platform will enable access to all capabilities required by paid media campaigns for Client Advertising.
  • This role will share product vision and direct product development from a product perspective, reporting to the overall product lead for Self-Service in the Ad Tools domain.
  • We have talented engineering and administrative resources already in place; we now need a role to help in the expansion and growth of the product and leadership of the product vision.  
Position Summary/Job Description:
  • As product manager you’ll be tasked with diversifying our advertising offering, creating solutions that attract new advertisers, streamlining and automating systems, providing data and metrics that demonstrate value, optimizing ads, campaigns and achieving aggressive revenue goals. 
  • You will work with a variety of advertising, web, productivity, and app technologies to realize these objectives.
  • Special emphasis will be placed on initiatives relating to advertising tools that automate advertising business processes and enable growth/scale.
  • You will need to constantly break down complex business needs into activities that support the objectives agreed upon in the OKRs.
  • Those activities you define will feed into our team ethos; Deliver, learn, iterate, and deliver.

Basic Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years Product Management experience in digital advertising or related industry.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • JIRA/Confluence/Slack? 
  • Microsoft 365 Toolset?(Office, Teams,?SharePoint)? 
  • Knowledge of basic paid media performance KPI’s?and campaign management processes. 
  • Strong technical aptitude whether demonstrated through a CS or engineering degree or real-world experience. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Digital Advertising Tools experience (3rd party tools, ad-tech platforms, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of digital advertising. 
  • Ecommerce experience. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar sales automation tools. 
  • Ability to articulate clear and concise requirements for new products and new features. 
  • Ability to prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, company vision and express that as a ROI. 
  • MBA 
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging?retail-based media and its technology? 
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • Anyone with Ad Tech or Media experience will go to the top of the list, the deeper the better.  
  • Product Management experience plus hands-on experience using third-party campaign management tools or media publisher tools would be the sweet spot in terms of background and skills.
  • CS or Engineering degree not required, but aptitude and comfort with technology (preferably ad tech) demonstrated by work experience a must.
