As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a cross-functional team that owns the execution of a product area.
You have a background in software - with a preferred emphasis on B2C financial products.
You think critically about which solutions will have the biggest impact toward accomplishing company objectives and solving user needs.
You’re identifying new problems to solve. You know how to define and measure success and interpret the results of your team’s efforts. You use the results to adjust what objectives to solve for and to re-evaluate where your team will have the most impact. You are comfortable partnering with design, defining scope and requirements for user-facing and non-user facing functionality, and spearheading release activities. You easily manage several projects and competing priorities at once, work well under pressure, and are accountable to the commitments you make.

Who you are:

• 5+ years experience at a B2C SaaS company, Financial Technology and/or Card Payments experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, high-growth environment
• Aptitude to take abstract problems and turn them into concrete solutions that achieve customer & business objectives
• Proven experience delivering features from inception to release within a cross-functional team environment
• Confidence articulating trade-offs & building consensus with senior leaders
• Able to be decisive by analyzing qualitative & quantitative data
• Leads with empathy & integrity to inspire a team of diverse skill sets and opinions
• Able to take on a wide range of tasks and to collaborate on new processes for efficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and deep attention to detail
• Self-motivated 
• Desire to find the best answer for our customers and our business
