Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • M&R Sales MIRA Solution support and enhancements for Mulesoft integrations.
  • MIRA is the primary front-end application in the enrollment process for our internal/external agents and Telesales. AEP P1 Application

Ideal Background:

  • Hands-on Mulesoft Development experience working closely with IT and business partners to achieve results.
  • Healthcare background or regulated background is helpful, but not required. Mulesoft Administration a plus

Team and Team size:

  •  Current team includes both onshore and offshore developers for both Salesforce and Mulesoft, system administrators, dev/ops staff, architects and agile experts.
  • Team size ~25 individuals

Top Responsibilities:

  •  Mulesoft Integration Development as assigned
  • Mulesoft environment support and incident ticket resolution
  • Work closely with Dev/Ops team supporting Mulesoft instance
  • Work with business and IT peers to accomplish solution/project goals
  • Assist with deployment of Mulesoft code and support Salesforce team for integrations with Mulesoft.

Skills/attributes:

  • 4 years Mulesoft Development Experience working with APIs, streaming, file creation/consumption, etc

Nice to have:

  • Softskills (interaction with peers, business partners, etc.
  • Good communication skills.
  • SQL Server and SQL familiarity, Network file systems understanding, sftp experience

Working Time:

  •  Typically 8 am-5 pm CST, M-F. Alternate schedules, overtime may be required on an as-needed basis for deployments, incident support, project deadlines, etc

Interview Process:

  •  a. How many rounds? 2-3
  • b. Video vs. phone? video
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? Moderate-highly technical
