Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • We have several openings for BSA, specific tasks include deep analysis, working with stakeholders to collect information and coordinate deliverables, and managing a sub project related to aligning our strategy with a workplan to get to the end goals.
  • The ABSA will work with engineers, operations staff, etc. to create business reqs, analyze data, present findings and manage to specific work plans.

Ideal Background:

  • The candidate will have worked with a larger IT organization, have BSA experience working on their own to manage complex analysis tasks, develop relationships and be a strong self-managed individual. Some PM experience is a huge plus.


  • Ability to give examples of working well within a matrixed team environment, great working with engineering and operations teams (and the ability to provide specific examples), have BSA experience working on their own to manage complex analysis tasks, develop relationships and be a strong self-managed individual. Again PM experience is a huge plus.

Top Requirements:

  • These are mentioned above, need those with at least 4 years experience.

Team and Team size:

  • This varies but, yes - a PM matrixed engineering teams and operations staff. Also working with Strategic leaders and having the ability to present to leadership

Top Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and implement technology focused projects/programs
  • Applicants must be highly competent in role, with the ability to drive to results in a fast-paced environment.
  • This includes solid experience leading complex projects, creating charters, defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the work.

Interview Process:

  • a. How many rounds? At least 2, potentially 3
  • b. Video vs. phone? Video
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? 50% analysis of tech-related, 25% requirements gathering and documentation, 25% managing relationship and reporting to leadership
