Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with the project team (PM, email, and creative) on projects to determine list characteristics, choose templates, suggest flow, and provide insight into industry best practices.
•    Build, test, and launch basic and complex email campaigns and programs. 
•    Ability to build responsive emails using an extensive library of modular components and using datapoints for personalization and segmentation
•    Set and document technical specifications detailing email campaign execution plans
•    Support quality assurance testing to validate performance for email campaigns and programs.
•    Suggest and execute relevant and defined testing strategies for email campaigns and programs.
•    Report on email performance related metrics. 
•    Troubleshoot complex campaign issues.
•    Stay current on industry standards and best-practices to assure campaign value and enhance client experiences.
•    Establish and manage life-cycle campaign programs for SEI audiences.
•    Support triggered email campaigns and Connect jobs to ensure continuity and quality.
•    Ensure email communications meet the expectations of industry best practices, SEI brand identity and regulatory standards.

Job Skills:   
•    Must be comfortable in an autonomous work environment and be able to solve challenges with some direction.
•    Strong computer skills (proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Email Service Provider platforms such as Eloqua, Responsys Interact, Exact Target, IBM Silverpop, etc.). Strong preference to those with experience working in Eloqua.
•    In-depth understanding of current email standards and best practices.
•    Knowledge of commercial internet service providers (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail) and email clients (Microsoft Outlook, Pegsus Mail, Apple Mail).
•    Experience creating lifecycle messages and email automation
•    Proficient knowledge of email construction, including HTML and experience working in an HTML editor (like Dreamweaver)
•    Robust background working directly with email/interactive marketing.
•    Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
•    Data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources. 
•    Knowledge of both PC and Mac computers.
•    Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents, presentations, and dialogues. 
•    Commitment to quality and delivering outstanding client experiences and value.
•    Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
•    Solid written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions, and work independently. 

Work Experience:
    •    3+ years of email marketing experience
