Description for Adobe experience manager (AEM) Lead developers:

  • AEM developer with at least 4 years experiences
  • Role involves designing, developing, debugging and maintaining Adobe AEM side user interface for websites based on functional requirements and scope of work
  • Translate customer requirements into technical designs; design and implement web sites to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments
  • Develop digital consumer experiences based on foundation of the Adobe AEM product suite
  • Design and implement components for the Adobe AEM platform
  • Experience with core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix
  • A solid understanding of all CMS building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
  • Integrate websites with web analytics tools and analyze/report on analytics data
  • Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS with Bootstrap, JavaScript,
  • React nice to have.
  • Knowledge of Java and J2EE applications

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Redesigning Behavioral Health member portal – LAWW (www.liveandworkwell.com)

Experience:

  • The current experiences in Adobe AEM and web development experiences

Top Requirements:

  • Four year experiences for adobe AEM is the top 1, Java and web development experiences are two and three

Team and Team size:

  • 5 engineers, 2 QA, 1 scrum master, RTE

Interview Process:

  • How many rounds? 1 or 2
  • Video vs. phone? Video
  • How technical will the interviews be? Very technical, including coding a challenge
  • When do you anticipate starting the interview process? ASAP
