  • The candidate will work on requirements gathering, exploration and data analysis on source data, onboarding data from sources to our platform, create mapping documents for source to target (FHIR) mapping and support the scrum team.:

Soft Skills :

  • Good communication skills, able to collaborate and work with people from all over the world. We have employees from India, Ireland and the US in a single scrum team.

Ideal Background:

  • This candidate will be part of a team that helps clients meet various CMS mandate requirements.

Team and Team size:

  • Candidate will work in a scrum team which will consist of a product owner, scrum master, 4-5 developers and 1-2 quality engineers.
    The candidate will be the only data analyst on the team.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Attend all scrum ceremonies and actively participate in them.
  • Create source-to-target mapping based on requirements
  • Create rules definitions and transformation logic
  • Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency, and problem solving
  • Developing scalable reporting processes and querying data sources to conduct ad hoc analyses/detailed data profiling.
  • Research complex functional data/analytical issues
  • Gather business requirements for analytical applications in iterative/agile development model.
  • Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources
  • Provides source system analysis

Software tools/skills:

  • Data query tools(SQL)
  • Microsoft office tools(excel, word, Visio)
  • Postman (or similar tools for API testing)

How will performance be measured:

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks on time
  • Feedback from team


  • Data/Business analysis skills
  • Healthcare data experience
  • FHIR mapping skills
  • Good oral and written communication

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience working with healthcare payers in a similar role
  • Experience working in interoperability projects, FHIR skills, extensive knowledge on claims, eligibility data.

Working Time:

  • 7:30am - 4:30pm Central time
