We are looking for customer-focused, collaborative and strategic individuals with a strong passion for product leadership to join our Indirect Tax team in the role of Product Manager. Indirect Tax is continuing to experience rapid growth and change. This Product Owner role is critical to delivering the right capabilities in a very complex global market. Its an exciting opportunity to participate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment working on our most modern capabilities.

As Product Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders (internal cross-functional teams, certified implementation partners, customers, and prospects) to identify market problems, use scenarios, implementation strategies, go-to-market activities, and best practices. You will apply your knowledge and experience to transform market-driven and internally-generated business needs and requirements into stories using a variety of methodologies: interviewing, market validation, beta programs, and others.

You will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of market problems, and you will help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.


About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will:

Build and Develop - world-class capabilities and relationships with our clients and markets, thoughtful and strategic roadmaps, abilities to solve client problems and capture market share

Be a Team Player - work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, partner with cross-functional and remote teams

Be Curious & Innovative - passionately curious and obsessive over our customer's problems and needs, working closely with customers, partners, and colleagues across all aspects of the business to maintain a deep and well-rounded understanding of the indirect tax market

Be an Agile Person - with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines unafraid of failure

Be an Effective Communicator - be confident, concise, and clear when communicating directly to executives, management, your peers, customers, and partners

Take Extreme Ownership - responsible for the product, its performance, and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience


Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS / Cloud / API Product Managements
  • 3+ years of experience in a software Product Management role
  • Experience working in Agile Development Methodology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with service partners and internal customers
  • Ability to influence and work effectively in a fast-paced, global, highly-matrixed environment
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated proficiency in driving results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira Project Management tools
