  • The company's Creative Photography team is seeking a Sample Coordinator to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time editorial and product photography for the company's  Brand and provide sample support for all business needs.
  • You will work across multiple product categories and be responsible for developing an understanding of product, material, color and graphic information in a high volume and fast-paced production environment.
  • The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for receiving & inspecting product, checking product into & out of the library and coordinating with the Sr Coordinator and Manager to ensure all product is organized and prepared for photo shoots in a timely manner.


  • Ensure quality and consistency by evaluating condition of received Brand merchandise, and by digitally and physically tagging, cataloging, tracking, monitoring status and return of merchandise throughout the Sample Library process
  • Track, receive, and unpack sample shipments
  • Ensure flow of product to the needed production location throughout the production and photography process
  • Allocate merchandise for upcoming photo shoots
  • Track merchandise throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems
  • Coordinate the return of samples once photoshoot/retouching jobs are complete
  • Partner with various members of the creative team as needed to facilitate the timely & accurate delivery of product samples to/from their shoot locations and to support creative meetings
  • Assist the team in completing tasks tied to Creative milestones and deadlines
  • Marking up photo distros with accurate style names, style numbers and color codes
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and solve any issues occurring throughout the production process
  • Work with partners to secure missing samples
  • Assist with model fit sessions
  • Order product from the DC and Website as needed to support PDP and Editorial Fit Sessions, Photoshoots and Retouching Jobs
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • MAC/PC proficient; strong Excel proficiency required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure
  • Detail-oriented team player
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • 1 year previous eCommerce Photography Studio Merchandising Coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate of Arts Degree
