Quality Assurance Lead Tester who will help deliver high quality solutions within our high volume customer facing website. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

This lead will be collaborating with Development, Automation and Manual teams to generate and maintain comprehensive technical test plans. This lead will also be directly responsible for guiding a team of QA testers through those test plans. This candidate will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

  • Drive performance benchmarking and troubleshooting,
  • Plan and manage execution of UAT activities
  • Setup Testing process, lead the Testing team, formalize the process manual for
  • Analyze, prepare and present reports on site performance
  • Run comparative analysis of webpage load times with industry standards and identify areas of improvements

Must Have:

  • Experience in performance Testing for website and web applications; former E-commerce experience
  • Understanding of performance requirements gathering
  • Experience with frontend troubleshooting and Salesforce apps (developer console)
  • Experience with Google PageSpeed
  • Knowledge of internal and external benchmarks for page load times
  • Javascript experience and a good understanding how it plays a role in performance from an optimization standpoint
  • Experience testing high volume transaction on eCommerce websites
  • Load runner/ HP/Blaze Meter (load testing) - analysis of the results and make suggestion
  • Write, review Test scripts

Nice to have

  • Selenium and JMeter experience
  • Akamai mPulse knowledge
  • Experience in Salesforce/Visual Force or other scripting languages is a plus

Requires a University Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
