POSITION SUMMARY :

  • Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of marketing strategies for a specific project. 
  • This role will help to execute our overarching Marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and execute deliverables associated with all Marketing projects to drive the customer experience
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure communication aligns with brand and business priorities
  • Overseeing multiple project plans and deadlines to ensure all marketing initiatives launch in accordance to marketing calendar. 
  • Support marketing project execution in conjunction with the digital retail space, customer lifestyle, product assortment and branding efforts.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional and channel partners, in addition to external agencies to manage deadlines, budgets and asset delivery
  • Work closely with Manager to ensure all deliverables meet marketing objectives and maintain brand standards
  • Monitor community and customer discussions to consolidate top level findings & insights
  • Pattern activity of competitors and identify trends to apply to strategy 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing, social media or digital management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve for tactical issues
  • Motivated to perform in an ever changing, fast paced environment
  • Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to XX and keep the brand relevant
  • Proven multi tasking ability and strong project management skills
  • Ability to navigate the organization and partner with cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mentality
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with all levels of associates and executives
  • Possess high initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Interested in and passionate about Retail
  • Must be highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a given time
  • Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly
