Are you seeking a new and exciting opportunity for a Lead UI Designer role in FinTech? If you are looking for the next step in your career, keep reading!

As the Lead UI designer, you will assist the important task of building out the creative division for this innovative team. The first six months will be more hands-on designing, but this role will slowly transition to involve more team management as they plan to double the team size over the next several months. In your beginning days there will be one designer reporting in to this position to start, with the team ultimately growing to about 4-6 additional designers! Exciting, right?

What You’ll Do

  • Build out standard UI element designs and help define the style guide
  • Build out vector designs for the existing web platforms as starting point for iteration
  • Create mockups for new UIs in vector based platforms for development team to use when implementing
  • Work closely with the product owner on new designs, user interactions and UI improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in Graphic/Digital Design or other related fields
  • Proficient in one of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Proficient in designing for Web and Mobile platforms
