Responsibilities
•    Work with Product Owners, BAs, and UX designers to define scope and cadence of testing
•    Author research plans to articulate goals, plans, and research strategies and share that out with the project team
•    Author facilitator guides and identify tasks to test for research sessions with users
•    Share research plans, guides, and reports with Lead Experience Researcher to ensure proper protocol and best practices are followed during onboarding phase
•    Conduct a variety of user research methods across the public website and B2B websites (primarily usability testing and interviews, but this could include card sorting, tree testing, and first click testing)
•    Conduct SME interviews
•    Analyze research findings and communicate them to project teams and stakeholders, providing strong guidance and recommendations on the most ideal next steps, based on the research 
•    Author reports articulating your findings
•    Work closely with UX designers to create personas and recommend design improvements

Qualifications
•    3+ years of relevant work experience
•    End-to-end experience with the user research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, communicating insights)

Bonus qualifications
•    Experience with UserZoom Go and Optimal Workshop
•    Previous experience in health care and/or health insurance
•    Previous experience with UX or UI design
