Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Integrating an acquired entities IT Help Desk into and the existing organizations IT Help Desk.
  • Will be leveraging this role to help with documenting as is and to be processes

Ideal Background:

  • Experience with integrations and transitions, process documentation, process creation, requirements gathering, developing end user testing.

Bonus experience:

  • Experience in IT Support
  • Exhibited success working in a matrix organization.
  • Healthcare

Top 3 Requirements:

  • Process creation and documentation (process flows)
  • Ability to translate user requirements into technical requirements. Ability to translate technical questions to non-technical endusers to get resolution.
  • Ability to do analysis, some light excel modeling

Team and Team size:

  • immediate team includes a PM, IT Support SMEs, and an OCM analyst. Outside of that numerous project participants.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes.
  • Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements.
  • They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users requirements.
  • This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise.
  • Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.

Business Systems Analysis Core Tasks

  • Solicit, review and analyze business requirements

  • Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders

  • Apply technology to enable business solutions

  • Most likely 2 with 2 people per interview. (Director level and Sr. Mgr level), video preferred, questions about experience with standard tools (visio, excel, ppt, etc.)
