TOP SKILLS:

Project Management
Working knowledge of adult learning principles
3+ years of experience developing technical online learning courses for a global audience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Instructional Design, eLearning Course Development, and Implementation
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to analyze training needs and define program objectives
Interview Subject Matter Experts and quickly synthesize information into chapters
Create and maintain interactive and engaging eLearning courses
Structure courses to integrate seamlessly with software and LMS
Evaluate program and course performance and continuously improve
Project Management
Utilize ADDIE or SAM project management methodologies to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Successfully bring deliverables in on time and within budget
Influence without authority to keep projects on track and on brand
Create communication and change management plans for project implementation and delivery
Ensure all deliverables meet a consistently high standard
Improve and enhance course development processes
 
SKILLS,  KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
 Experience
3+ years of experience developing technical online learning courses for a global audience
 
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Deliver exceptional customer service
Consider global perspectives when developing training
Multi-task and manage competing priorities to meet goals
Make decisions while following best practices and upholding organizational values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of the following software:
Articulate Storyline 2 and 360, including Rise
Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point 
Adobe Creative Cloud including: Captivate, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premier and Audition
Working knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE project management methodology, and instructional design best practices
LMS experience, Latitude Learning a plus
 
WORKING CONDITIONS:
 Standard office and shop environment – fast-paced and collaborative
Ability to sit or stand at a computer for 8 hours per day
Limited travel required, up to 10%
