Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Candidates will be required to work on the PeopleSoft ERP application; this ERP application is used for manage the workforce within the organization, there are many projects within in this application where we may be using the candidates, example work on Support and enhancements of the application, Analysis work on upgrade to new version or new application etc.

Ideal Background:

  • Ideal candidate would be candidates having PeopleSoft development
  • Experience in reporting, conversion or Integration of PeopleSoft applications;
  • Good function Knowledge in any two of the modules Core HR, NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits & Benefits Administration

Experience:

  • Technical Expertise in Reporting, conversion or Integrations
  • Function knowledge across different domains

Top 3 Requirements:

  • Application Engine & Component Interface – 5 years
  • Integration Broker – 5 years
  • SQR/XML publisher - 5 years

Requirements:

  • 5+ years PeopleSoft development experience including PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker
  • 5+ years PeopleSoft Human Capital Management experience

Team and Team size:

  • Its still evolving as of now again it depends on which project they would be aligned, but general structure would be 1 PM, 1-2 Analysts and 2-4 Develoeprs

Top Responsibilities:

  • Assist with defining requirements; can perform detailed analysis of systems specifications for complex systems.
  • Translate business requirements to system requirements
  • Identify and design most efficient and cost effective solution through research and evaluation of alternatives.
  • Complete coding on new, complex and involved systems; conduct code reviews.
  • Efficient and thorough tester; document structured unit test plans.
  • Methodically follow unit test plans and exhaustively document results
  • Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues to lower level staff on a project team.
  • Work independently on most aspects of work.
  • Be a good team member- development team consists of 6 employees.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agile/scrum experience

Nice to have:

  • experience defining data conversion, system integration, and reporting strategies

Interview Process:

  • 2 rounds, Video, 1 technical
