Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The resource will be part of WPI - Wellness Prevention and Intervention team.
    The team gets data such as biometrics, member events and claims from internal sources and vendor and then maintains a central repository and also delivers data to other teams .

  • 1 PM 7 Developers 1 Delivery Manager 1 Architect 3 SDET/ QA

Top Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be an integral part of development team working on the development and design on latest client and server-side UI/UX frameworks.
  • Full Software development life cycle experience is required to excel in this role
  • Design & development for modules and projects
  • Implement Design pattern and develop frameworks
  • Perform Code reviews
  • Engineer automated test and perform unit and integration testing
  • Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories
  • Performance testing and tuning

Skills/attributes:

  • 5+ years Java/J2EE software development experience with Spring framework.
  • 2+ year Experience building, deploying, and operating production cloud applications preferably on Kubernetes.
  • 2+ Experience building software using modern patterns such as streaming, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
  • 2+ Experience with Docker, Jenkins and Openshift/Kubernetes.
  • 3+ Hands on Experience on Angular, JavaScript, RESTFull API Development
  • 3+ experience in one more databases - Preferably MySQL.
  • Experience with Git and Maven

Nice to have:

  • Healthcare Industry Experience
