Job Description
• Solve complex problems using excellent decision-making skills, while comfortably managing ambiguity, risk, and uncertainty.

• Maintain confidentiality related to information and records management, particularly related to personally identifiable and protected health information (PII/PHI).
• Possess a strong personal work ethic with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.


Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, User Experience, or related field preferred; however, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement.
• At least two years of previous experience matching or strongly relating to the skills outlined in this description of the Marketing & Donor Services Associate Product Manager-CRM role.
• Experience working with both business and delivery teams in a product environment.
• Experience with new service, product, and technology implementations.
• At least two years of experience defining and prioritizing requirements in an agile software development environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
• Experience in a business/systems/product analyst or product/project/program management role.
• Hands-on experience managing or otherwise working with web and mobile technologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce, especially CRM.
• Experience using data analytics to inform product decisions.
• Experience working in a non-profit environment.
• Healthcare, science related fields.
