POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated individuals to join the Talent (HR) Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and process Workday Inbox transactions; ensure employee changes are processed accurately and timely.
  • Run Workday data audit reports; make corrections to inaccurate data.
  • Provide basic research on manager and employee questions and workday issues.
  • Data validation in Workday related to mass data (EIB) uploads.
  • Provide general support to Talent Operations team.
  • Any additional special projects or requests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of HRIS experience, Workday experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills required and should be knowledgeable of: vlookups, formulas, if statements, pivots.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
