Position Summary :

  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes for product complaint processing.
  • Identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
  • Work independently with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and solutions including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customers business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
  • Responsible for communicating process and functional requirements to other work-stream teams (analysis, design, data, technical, training / org readiness, testing, production support).
  • May plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • The majority of time is spent delivering the projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies.
  • May negotiate with others to reach understanding or agreement, and influence decision making.

Requires :

  • University Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
