  • This is an exciting opportunity to to lead high visibility projects in the digital healthcare space.
  • This is a contract-to-hire position that will lead to many growth opportunities at a leading healthcare organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operations and tracking of all assigned projects
  • Provide weekly status reports for all assigned projects
  • Generate project status reporting (including critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc)
  • Simultaneously lead several complex projects with varied deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management
  • Communicate project status information to all team members
  • Develop and execute action plans to correct and improve projects
  • Create and manage timelines for all assigned projects
  • Communicate consolidated project milestones and deliverables for readiness
  • Work in a matrix environment across cross functional teams
  • Create and explain workflow design visuals for products being implemented
  • Use strong negotiation skills to resolve roadblocks and keep projects on schedule

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of equivalent experience in leading technical projects or workstreams
  • PMP/Agile certifications
  • 4+ years of project management experience OR 4+ years of experience data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements as a Technical Business Analyst

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of IT Technical Project Management experience in healthcare
  • 4+ years of experience working with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient with:
  • MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • MS Project experience
  • MS Visio experience
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
  • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations

Working Time:

  •  Hours M-F 8:30am-5pm. Some evening and weekend required when technical releases are planned/scheduled.
