Tell us about your department:

  • Online Voice of Customer is a small team with a high impact.
  • Thus, the ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience with an absolute “must” being that they are self-driven.
  • BSA with the ability to manage Key Stakeholders. 
  • My work style is fun and not at all into micro-managing.
  • I’m looking for a partner to drive our customer comments to the appropriate teams through new tooling.
  • This will not be a mentored role. 
  • The caveat is that the candidate will have to get their hands dirty, so to speak, and read/learn what are key issues, what is not. 

Project Description:

  • Selection of tooling, implementation through system req’s and ongoing partnership with many teams/divisions to bring the voice of the customer to product teams through the organization. 

Position Summary/Job Description:

  • 12 month position supporting/leading VoC efforts across Client. 

Skills Overview:
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?

  • A critical thinker with analytics skills who is willing to learn every day and apply learnings immediately
  • Customer focused (both internal and external).
  • To be this, it’s obvious that exceptional communication/presentation skills are needed.
  • Need to be developed already, not an emerging talent role. 
  • Ability to document sophisticated solutions in various forms (.ppt, wiki, excel)
  • Natural work style is supportive not competitive
  • Ideally, 10+ years of experience

What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?

  • Retail – This would be a big win but I’ll take critical thinking over retail any day
