Description:

  • However this is more of a Systems Analyst Role

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This position will work on multiple customer renewals and new implementations.
  • Primary responsibilities will be to analyze and design the intake group, benefit and eligibility information.
  • This will require working with both external and internal customers.

Ideal Background:

  • Ideal candidate will have healthcare experience in data file exchanges and good communication skills.

Team and Team size:

  • The current team consists of 8 developers and 4 analysts.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design logic to read and store data customer data.
  • Design of business rules logic to manipulate data in standard formats for loading to downstream systems
  • Design and documentation of functions

Skills/attributes Required

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • 3+ years of design experience
  • 3+ Relational database experience SQL knowledge via command line or a windows-based tool

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Rally/Agile methodology
  • Good communication skills

Working Time:

  • 8am-5pm

Interview Process:

  • How many rounds? 2
  • How technical will the interviews be? Basic questions to ensure solid understanding of technical expertise.
