Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Point of Care Assist

Ideal Background:

  • Work closely with multiple agile development teams to refine the backlog, optimize estimation, and improve work decomposition
  • Act as Release Train Engineer to lead successful Product delivery
  • Coach and educate Product Manager, POs, Executives, Stakeholders and Teams to understand and follow SAFe frameworks and values to build scaled agile environments
  • Establish an agile metrics baseline and have used metrics to optimize execution.
  • Work directly with both Kanban and Scrum teams
  • Configure and manage Rally workflows, agile boards, and sprints supporting the agile development process
  • Use quality assurance metrics to better understand how to guide quality practices within an agile team in order to build quality into a product
  • Leverage strong presentation and communication skills to communicate to all levels of global organization
  • Facilitates PI Planning
  • Host PI System Demo
  • If PI calendars and sprints are not created, then the RTE is responsible to establish and communicate sprint cadence and calendars
  • Drive vision and coordination of roadmaps, backlogs, including objective and communicate them for transparency
  • Establish processes to connect what was delivered and value derived
  • Adhere to already established sprints
  • Facilitate critical path delivery conversations
  • Facilitate cross products and application dependency planning
  • Partner with PO/PM PMC weekly PMC with business, PM and RTE to review status, issues, escalations, roadmap and future planning
  • Host Problem-solving workshop address major impediments, focus on root cause
  • Discuss problems or opportunities with feature development
  • Maintain and monitor project specific budget monthly
  • Project resource allocations and cost for monthly and annual budget cycles
  • Build and maintain projects and programs in PPM Optics

Required Qualifications:

  • ?2+ years healthcare IT Experience
  • 3+ years of experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) structure and theories
  • 3+ proficiency using CA Agile Central or like tool
  • 2+ years of experience projecting financial spend and reconciling actual spend for multiple programs
  • 4+ years of experience working as part of software engineering team
  • 4+ years of technical program management experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or comparable work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Industry Certification(s)
  • Agile / Scrum Industry Certification(s)
  • Proven expertise and ability to develop processes and procedures which will enhance the overall efficiency with a strong bias towards automation in all operational tasks
  • Prior experience managing resource forecasts in PPM Optics

  •  8-5 CST
