Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The candidate will be working specifically on enterprise\domain capability analysis; creating artifacts regarding business capability definition and application alignment.
  • The work will be learning and documenting current state and then helping create a Behavioral Health domain future state that would include an architecture transitional state.
  • This will include multiple applications to be reviewed and analyzed to obtain a direction for strategic future state.

  • Collaboration, organization, big picture visions, communication

Team and Team size:

  • Multiple teams – business (product), operations, architecture and engineering teams.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Business capability analysis
  • Aligning business capabilities to applications\solutions
  • Performing deep dive analysis on applications and platforms within BH
  • Working with Solution Architects to determine the ideal solutions for the business capabilities and requirements
  • Helping define BH domain technology standards and guidelines – working with architecture and engineering teams.

Software tools/skills:

  • Visio, PPT, Word for documentation and artifact creation
  • Programming experience and knowledge (no specific skills required as the role does not include programming
  • Business architecture and business process

How will performance be measured:

  • Artifact creation
  • Architecture diagrams
  • Business capability mapping and process flows
  • Application analysis documentation
  • Strategic and current state presentations

Skills/attributes:

  • Business architecture
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Technical application analysis

Nice to have:

  • Behavioral Health experience
  • Health Care experience

Working Time:

  • Standard CST work hours: 8 - 5 Mon-Friday
