REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Significant experience with designing positive and negative functional tests, integration tests and end-to-end tests for multi-tiered, highly complex Enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in Sales Force and E commerce testing
  • Ability to work with the vast array of information gathered during story refinement and planning.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner and establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
  • Strong understanding of basic software development lifecycles; Agile and SAFe preferred. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, issue identification and technical documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge on order management and manufacturing process

  
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 
  • 4-5   years of manual testing experience, including in-depth experience in SDLC, Agile, test plan creation, requirements analysis, test case design and test execution best practices.
  • 4 years of Hands-on experience on test development and execution background in B2B, B2C applications

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Collaborate on the identification of system/service requirements and provide high level estimates of the effort required to test requested functionality,
  • Design manual and automated test scripts
  • Execute Manual and automated functional, integration and regression test cases; log, track and verify the resolution of defects.
  • Report progress on test development and executions
  • Leverage understanding of QA methodologies and best practices to design and document test suites, test plans and test scripts; maintain a test case repository to ensure high quality product deliverables; generate and maintain complex test data sets.
  • Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of quality and performance issues with cross-functional team members.
  • Participate in requirements reviews sessions and documents test scenarios.
  • Manage multiple project and meeting deadlines amid shifting priorities, working both independently and in a team environment.
