What You’ll Do

  • Updates and maintains highly confidential employee and non-employee data (e.g., salary, department, job title, etc) in the Human Resource Management System (SuccessFactors) and the Ball Corporation Personnel and Payroll system (ADP Globalview).
  • Ensures accuracy among different systems.
  • Maintains appropriate electronic files and records of all changes processed.
  • Data entry in a variety of systems (HRIS, Payroll, Finance).
  • Responds to employee questions regarding employee records questions.
  • Assists with verifications of employment.
  • Monitors Human Resources voicemail inbox and disseminate appropriately.
  • Provides support for other Compensation & Human Resources functional areas.
  • Maintains the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company.  Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of  related experience.
  • Each higher level degree, i.e. Associate’s, may substitute for two years of experience.  Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access; SharePoint; HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Must be able to handle sensitive-related and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, computer skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Must be able to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
  • Ability to successfully partner and maintain a high level of credibility with Human Resources and other functions.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $18.51/hr - $24.52/hr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
