  • Retail Payment Services (RPS) is seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager.
  • The Email Campaign Manager will support the development and implementation of email programs and projects.
  • This role will support the division’s bank, partner, and white label branded business.
  • They will be responsible for executing campaigns, troubleshooting, and identifying efficiencies in campaign process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture of consolidated and ad-hoc campaigns
  • Strategic engagement of campaign process structure and email channel growth
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Review campaign previews and message audits to ensure coded emails align with expectations
  • Manage and maintain campaign timelines and email marketing calendar, ensuring key milestones are met
  • Share email best practices as a Subject Matter Expert in the email channel
  • Evaluate campaign performance and suggest areas/techniques for improvements
  • Ability to build strong working relationship with internal clients and external vendors
Required Experience
  • Strong project and channel management experience with great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of interactive marketing and email channel including targeting, messaging, creative, subject lines, testing, CAN-SPAM, deliverability, and email performance metrics
  • Hands-on knowledge of highly dynamic, data-driven email templates
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of related experience in digital marketing
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Strong Microsoft proficiency
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Financial or related industry understanding is a plus
