Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Resource will be assisting with Corporate Payment Services initiatives for the Group enterprise.
  • This person will play a key role in the futures of products by working closely with product management and other stakeholders to aid .Net solution development.
  • Other responsibilities include project management, systems integration analysis, design and delivery, assistance with daily application operations, testing, documentation etc.
  • Our projects vary, but they will be focused primarily on Corporate Payment Services applications.

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in Payment Services/Finance solutions,, web portal development, console (batch development), web services, and working with mobile applications.
  • Experience with SAP Concur a plus
  • Healthcare industry background a plus

Team and Team size:

  •  Small team: 1 PM, 1 BA, 3 SAs, 2 Developers

Top Responsibilities:

  •  Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software products (cloud and/or in-house)
  • Play a key role in the futures of products by working closely with product management and other stakeholders to aid solution development
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality
  • Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
  • Be a contributor of code, tests, automation, application design and architecture on an agile team of engineers working across the stack
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
  • Consult with business users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and effectively present them to decision makers
  • Participate alongside other team members as end user support technician for all solutions in team portfolio

Skills/attributes Required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field combined with a minimum of 2+ year(s) software development experience (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Experienced in Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, C#
  • Developing in Visual Studio, using TFS or GIT source control
  • Customer facing experience (Including, but not limited to, status updates and navigating complex/sensitive scenarios)
  • Experience capturing requirements, documenting system/process changes, and/or design/thinking
  • Good at problem solving, critical thinking, and outside the box solutioning
  • Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience building/delivering performant, scalable, and flexible software solutions
  • Self-starter and self-managed, with eagerness to learn new technologies

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Experience in Financial/Payment Services domain
  • Experience with SAP Concur a plus

Working Time:

  • day shift

Interview Process:

  • 2 rounds (1 non-tech + 1 tech) via MS Teams
