Position Summary:
  • This position is responsible for supporting the administrative aspects of reviewing and implementing marketing materials and communications materials for Wealth Management Solutions (WMS).
  • This includes: content review, oversight of regulatory review, publishing and distributing materials and communications.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the review and implementation new materials, changes to existing materials and new communications (articles, updates, sales materials, Emails, etc.) aimed at promoting wealth management products and solutions to advisors, clients and sales personnel. This includes:
  • Reviewing materials and communications for spelling, grammar and compliance with company's  Brand, Style and Disclosure guidelines
  • Publishing materials on intranet, and internet sites such as Advisor Compass, eCatalog, etc.
  • Sending communications using tools such as Eloqua and Outlook
  • Special projects as needed
 Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing,
  • Communications or related field 2+ years related experience implementing marketing and communications deliverables, preferably in Financial Services
  • Exceptional proof reading skills and ability to apply strict Brand, Style and Disclosure Guidelines Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with Email Marketing application, preferably Eloqua
  • Experience using application to obtain formal regulatory review/approval, preferably AdTrax Knowledge of Workflow/project management application, preferably Work Front
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize, coupled with strong attention to detail Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, think critically and provide timely updates Must be a self-starter and have ability to work independently Capable of interacting with variety of individuals cross-organizationally Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Ideal Candidates Must Have: -
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the implementation of marketing materials and communications, preferably in the financial services industry -
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience setting up and sending automated communications, preferably using Eloqua 
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe 
  • Expert proficiency with multi-tasking, organization and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the company's  organization, functions, processes, products and services
