Job Summary:
  • Supply customer experience subject matter expertise to fully leverage Client.com Brand Architecture and design standards to ensure optimal usability.
  • Facilitate seamless website operations across highly matrixed organization.
  • Primary Responsibilities for the Customer Experience Specialist role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Ensure a consistent usability and brand experience for the website visitor
  • Define and monitor KPIs (see below), to ensure quality and identify opportunities and prioritize backlog
  • Build wireframes for Client.com FUZE pages. Determine layout for Catalog landing and PDP pages.
  • Conduct site audits and develop tactics; remediate issues to optimize content and experiences of Client.com for L2, L3. L4 pages.
  • Articulate website requirements via use cases to Client.com product teams and interface with Digital Services team to ensure timely delivery of page publication and custom builds on behalf of TEBG
  • Provide regular communication and presentations to business clients and management, as requested.
  • Participate in CX/UX thought leadership capturing end-user needs and goals.
  • Ensure replication content accuracy and timely availability throughout development process. Consult for global replication opportunities where appropriate.
  • Collaborate, Translate technical concepts to business objectives

  • Insights, Brand Communications, Marketing, Business Unit Managers, Brand Center functions, Corporate UX team, Tech Leads, Content Producers, Digital Services Team, Content Strategy, SEO
Job Description Summary
  • The Website IA/UX Specialist is a key member of a multifunctional team that creates customer experiences on Client.com.
  • The IA/UX Specialist ensures that all tactics are launched and maintained seamlessly on Client.com.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of Client.com content pages, including managing communication and timelines with the internal web development team and business stakeholders
  • Lead key website activities including information architecture, user experience, and wireframing
  • Partner with content strategists and other team members in the information architecture of web sites and web pages
  • Produce lo-fi & hi-fi wireframing, including conceptual diagrams and sketches, including interaction flow of experiences
  • Clarify, elaborate, and evaluate Client.com capability requests against existing corp. capabilities and make recommendations for existing or new/modified capabilities as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize website quality auditing tools to identify and prioritize issues and bring them to resolution
  • Maintain web quality dashboards and KPIs
  • Be an advocate for users and user-centric design principles, while maintaining clear objectives that merge design, content, business, and marketing concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of website Information Architecture/UX experience
  • A comprehensive portfolio of proven client work (include url)
  • Familiarity with creating wireframes and tools such as Axure
  • Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Helpful Skills
  • Web design and layout experience
  • Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Suite, etc.
