Our Product Management Team is at the leading edge of championing those products that will best align with driving our customers’ business outcomes on the cloud platform.  We work in close collaboration with all groups across, regularly partnering with Technology, Marketing, Services and Sales to drive the formation, acceptance, go to market and operational readiness of new solutions that enable key business goals for our customers. About the Position 
As a Director within the Platform Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap formation & execution for our cloud platform. You will advocate for platform customers, align with multi-product strategy and work with platform leadership on maturing roadmaps, gaining investment approvals, and delivering new solution capabilities.  You will have significant impact and influence on the platform direction and be responsible for achieving measured outcomes, including revenue and margin. You’ll be working with an amazing team of product managers and technologists to mature and innovate the platform that enables our SaaS applications, leveraging product management discipline and frameworks.

Responsibilities and Deliverables 
•    Be the ‘Voice of the Platform’ - continuously advocating for the services & experience that equate to the most optimal platform outcomes.
•    Manage a growing suite of platform capabilities through various stages of maturity, using product lifecycle principles and frameworks.
•    Work across the product portfolio to identify platform requirements, prioritize, and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
•    Work closely with the Development team leadership and architecture in defining key technology aspects of the roadmap.
•    Engage extensively with external and internal customers to make strong and quantifiable recommendations on roadmap prioritization.
•    Drive formation and approval of investment cases that bring forth new platform capabilities that align with platform vision and bring measurable benefits to our customers.
•    Own execution of the Platform roadmap and collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, technologists, and business operations to ensure achievement of platform goals.
•    Translate roadmaps and business impacts for business analysts and technology teams to ensure that new solutions meet the specified requirements and MVP.
•    Manage scope, cost and time of new solutions from approval through to general availability.
•    Identify platform trends & bring to market new platform offerings that are competitively priced & commercially viable.
•    Drive new solutions to revenue attainment by active involvement in the go to market readiness (external) and operational readiness (internal) processes/playbooks for new solution introductions or sales plays.
•    Partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, services, support, technology and other product management team members to educate, mature artifacts & processes and champion platform solutions. (aka - enable our internal partners to be rock stars as they engage with our customers on the platform.) 
•    Be an advocate and voice of the platform to external groups and stakeholders.

About You
•    5+ years experience in product management within the context of software as a service (SaaS)
•    Solid understanding of Platform concepts in a SaaS context; direct experience as a Platform Product Manager is a plus
•    BA/BS degree in business or technology field;  MBA is a plus.
•    An energetic, self-starter who feels accountability for achieving outcomes by partnering with others across the organization.
•    The curiosity, humility, and intellectual energy to ask good questions and seek innovative outcomes in pursuit of championing our platform and customers. 
•    A drive for solving problems by thinking outside the box and challenging the ‘status quo.’ 
•    A strong orientation to prioritization and execution with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, often with competing deadlines.
•    Product leadership experience.
•    Experience in product lifecycle management.
•    Familiarity with Agile framework.

Travel Expectations
•    Travel up to 20% of international/domestic travel, pending external circumstances
