Project Management Responsibilities:
•Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
•Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
•Experience in other delivery methods (waterfall) with an ability to organize and drive project completion against stakeholder timelines.  
•Need to have excellent communication skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•Able to provide technical leadership and mentoring.
•Agile development experience is required.
•Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills.
•Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams
•Capable of leading team of 15-20 people as a scrum master
•Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
•Leading project and program update discussions with IT and Business leadership.
•Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Must Have:
•Excellent ownership and commitment to achieving organizational/project goals.
•Excellent collaboration and influence skills
•Excellent servant leadership skills, ability to motivate and coach team members
•Excellent stakeholder partnership skills
•Prefer experience with retail and or e-commerce
•Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
•Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
•Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
•Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Competency in Atlassian Suite including JIRA and Confluence.
