Description:
  • Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Provides the team support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, communication and gathering assets. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • The Web Project Coordinator is responsible for working with the development team and content developers to establishing and maintaining the organization's website content. They help facilitate team tasks, documents & communication.
  • The Web Project Coordinator ensures that all published content is fully developed, and supporting elements such as images and videos are available. The Web Project Coordinator will help ensure timely completion of the project.
  • The Web Project Coordinator works with developers to resolve technical issues related to the proper display of content. They work with the developers and designers to resolve content and design issues. Web Project Coordinator also works with content and SEO specialists to update the website.
  • The Web Project Coordinator must have a keen artistic eye, be technically savvy, and have detailed knowledge of industry best practices. They must have experience with layout, graphic design, copy editing, and copywriting, SEO and site performance.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $15.00 – 115.00 per hour (hourly rates in other locations could differ). This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
