MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred 7+ years relevant business leadership experience in CX or customer-focused integrated Marketing
  • Experience with customer empathy interviews/insight gathering
  • Comfortable defining and refining work in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and leaders across levels, functions and cultures, positively influencing the advancement of priorities
  • Ability to think systemically and lead complex processes, while also paying attention to details and maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • Imaginative, curios, creative and out-of-the-box critical thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Ability to demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving that leverages and challenges current thinking
  • Experience working in a matrixed/cross-functional organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in organization pursuing digital transformation, particularly in the CPG or retail industries
  • B2B and B2C Marketing Experience
  • Resilience + ability to coach/guide the team during ongoing change & ambiguity
  • A passion for team and culture building
  • Experience working in Agile/Product teams a plus
