Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure accurate resolution and documentation of received helpdesk work requests
  • Perform hardware configuration and troubleshooting
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot print devices
  • Install desktop software and full imaging of software
  • Configure and deploy desktop and laptop workstations
  • Collaborate with internal and external tech support groups for issues that are not resolved locally
  • Review, test, and deploy software patches for proprietary and vendor supported applications
  • Provide end user support to offsite staff
  • Support VPN, Ad Insertion hardware/software and Mobile devices


Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Intermediate knowledge in the information technology industry
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Intermediate/Expert experience with Microsoft, Apple, and VMWare VSphere client tools
  • Intermediate/Expert experience with Active Directory, Desktop Authority, and SCCM
  • Performs user support with a sense of urgency and exceptional customer service skills
  • Familiarity with cyber security protocols and anti-virus
  • Maintains high level of support to internal & external customers
  • Works proactively with the IT management to ensure seamless process improvement and maximize productivity
  • Valid Driver’s License
