  • will work on the OCM - Clinical Manager Enterprise solution, a new platform built leveraging reusable microproducts, focusing on delivering a holistic member experience.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of a clear and compelling vision for how to meet our members needs.
  • Gather and analyze user and client feedback to inform new enhancements and improvements.
  • Gather intelligence about competitive products (internal and external) and translate learnings into strategies to achieve party or differentiation.
  • Maintains a cohesive and collaborative vision regarding the product.
  • Responsible for defining the requirements / user stories and acceptance criteria of a product feature.
  • Works closely with product leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Prioritize backlog based on the product strategy and while effectively communicating the voice of customer.
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements and provide explanations and information to others, including understanding and communicating difficult issues.
  • Gather and publish KPIs aligned with the overall vision.
  • Create and regularly update a 1-2 year actionable product roadmap of enhancements and improvements that drive measurable value.
  • Drive innovation into our platform by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and partnering with digital experts from across the company. Adapts to the fast-paced and flexible nature of agile product development

Team and Team size:

  • Team TBD, but today the lead works with a team of 4-5 full stack developers, 1 QE and a Scrum Master (shared)

Desired Skills:

  • Experienced creating Roadmaps and Requirements in Aha! and / or Rally.
  • Strong experience using Aha! for road mapping and requirements is a big plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare payer (health insurance) industry.

Interview Process:

  • a. How many rounds? 2 - initial phone interviews with HM, If all goes well, would have them interview with 1-2 others
    b. Video vs. phone? Prefer Video
    ???????c. How technical will the interviews be? High level as we are looking for more of a product individual with some knowledge of technology
