Builds and manages high performing creative teams of 15+ people, including:

  • Establishes and maintains smooth workflow for global teams
  • Owns work tracking mechanism and ongoing adherence
  • Owns program level communications for the team
  • Drives estimation, project or capacity planning and staffing
  • Manages scope and change requests
  • Assesses and manages program issues and risks
  • Sets quality and performance standards
  • Maintains effort tracking, dashboards and information systems.
  • Ensures timely generation of financial and utilization reports
  • Coordinates recruitment activities, staffing and hiring teams to meet client needs
  • Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Provides day-to-day responsiveness for the client.
  • Manages peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
  • Develops relationships with and ensures the appropriate participation of key client stakeholders and client executives.
  • Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team
  • Provides purpose, direction and motivation to team. Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria.
  • Clarifies roles and responsibilities to team members
  • Mentors and coaches team members
  • Resolves any inter-personal conflicts and ensures collaboration
  • ctively brings best practices and applies lessons learned from prior experience and drives continuous improvements

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 8years Creative operations management experience in successfully delivering creative services for marketing organizations prior consulting or agency experience required
  • Experience managing Creative teams for high volume production as well as UX/UI design
  • Led global teams of 15+ people in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Accountability for budget of $3M and higher, preferably in retainer model, with experience in utilization and financial reporting
